Loads of trouble with the buses
ON Saturday November 2, my husband and I arrived at Bay K at Wycombe Bus Station to catch the 4.35pm 363 to Penn.
There was no bus in Bay K but there was one in bay M, with 323 on the side of it.
At 4.35pm the bus at bay M backed out and we then saw that it had 363 Penn on the front of it.
There were a lot of people waiting at bay K for that bus and some shouted and two of us ran after the bus to try and stop it.
The driver ignored us and then drove off leaving us.
Some of us had already waited 30 minutes for this bus as it only runs every hour after 3.35pm on a Saturday.
We were then faced with another hour's wait, breathing in the fumes and smoke of the bus station before the next bus arrived.
I sincerely hope that the driver of the other bus receives a reprimand for the way he treated all those passengers on that day.
Owing to staff shortages, the bus office was closed and, of course, the information screens were still not working.
We decided to travel to Wycombe by bus to do our part in cutting down on traffic congestion and fumes, leaving our car in the garage.
Now we would like your rreaders to guess how we shall be travelling into High Wycombe next time?
