Sir - In the flurry of roadworks in and around Oxford at the beginning of this year, to use up last year's money, I would have thought that the resurfacing of The Turl would have taken high priority.
In its current state it is only a matter of time before serious injury occurs to driver, cyclist or pedestrian - or, indeed, all three.
