Can anyone explain why I saw more than a dozen cars parked at the ends of Langford Lane, Kidlington, conducting a traffic survey at 8am on a Saturday morning?
What a waste of our money to employ so many people when the traffic flow was so sparse that a two-year old with an abacus could have done the survey.
It is yet further proof of how much our council is wedded to waste.
