I WOULD like you to publish how grateful and happy I was with the John Radcliffe Hospital’s A&E.

I was well looked after, everyone made me feel at home and at ease. The doctor who looked after me and the nurse were lovely. They would all pop in and see if I was OK. They did it with everyone.

Why people moan about the hospital I don’t know.

If you have to wait, you will get seen.

Sometimes it gets very busy and they have to see the most important people first.

Minor things have to wait. The hospital is lovely and clean.

I was taken by ambulance by three people who were all great. I cannot fault the paramedics.
