LORD Williams booked their spot in the quarter-finals of the U18 Natwest Schools Knockout competition with a 24-7 win over Bournemouth Grammar in Dorset.
The Thame school made the most of a sloping pitch to earn a 24-0 first-half lead.
A dominant start led to Alex MacDonald and Dan Pearce going over early on.
They then withstood a period of Bournemouth pressure, before tries from MacDonald and Will Kent gave them a comfortable lead.
Bournemouth were unable to take advantage of the slope in the second half, with the visitors restricting them to one converted try on 49 minutes.
Lord Williams lost Kent and Sam Nicholls to injury, but were able to see the game out.
Nicholls converted two of the four first-half tries.
