That's all we've got for today, interesting to hear your thoughts as always. Many thanks, see you back here same time next week. #oufc

A big one to finish. He'll certainly be keeping a close eye on the gates, the only way to change it short-term is for #oufc to win games.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013

@OxfordMailOUFC do you think the low attendances are worrying IL in terms if revenue?
— @brownyoufc 07 January 2013
11:25am
We've got five minutes left on today's chat, so don't be shy with your opinions. #oufc

@OxfordMailOUFC deffo worth a pop at a chance at wembley. If not for a bit extra cash, at least a day out for the fans!!
— @mouser75 07 January 2013
11:20am
@OxfordMailOUFC I would argue that this time in a month we'll know our fate - 5 truly massive league games on the bounce! I'd take 10 pts!
— @willowsj 07 January 2013
11:20am
@OxfordMailOUFC keep O'Brien as LB Capaldi better in midfield. JW has been awesome but will start to attract interest, need to keep him

Agree this is prob the defining month of the L2 season for #oufc. Next 5 games are B'ford, R'ham, F'wood, Burton & Southend (all top 10).

11:15am
@OxfordMailOUFC like this in previous seasons only to then lose 4/5 on the bounce after. We need to continue the good form this time
— @OufcGoody 07 January 2013
11:15am
@OxfordMailOUFC League has to be priority! Would probably help if Bradford get thumped by Villa tomorrow night! #OUFC

@OxfordMailOUFC davis is being used as backup for LW when rigg needs a rest and hes fit so perhaps
— @OUFCAddict 07 January 2013
11:14am
@OxfordMailOUFC don't want to put a downer on things but this is the start of a real test for wilder, we've been on a good run.....

Welcome Liam. The dates for the JPT area finals (two legs, of course) are in the weeks commencing Feb 4 & Feb 18. Wmbley final is Sun, Apr 7
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
11:12am
@OxfordMailOUFC what dates are the JPT area final?
— @LiamOUFCMayhew 07 January 2013
11:12am
As for O'Brien, agree he's done well. Can't see his deal being extended this month though, #oufc can't afford to have 3 left backs.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
11:11am
Leven definitely getting closer to his best - think missing pre-season hurt him badly but if he stays fit he could be massive for #oufc.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
11:09am
@OxfordMailOUFC 50 points first then think about the rest
— @OUFCAddict 07 January 2013
11:09am
@OxfordMailOUFC special mention for Leven too, who seems to be more mobile and putting a much better shift in. Scoring goals & assits too.
— @BraddersSimon 07 January 2013
@TomThewlis @OxfordMailOUFC Yes Luke O'Brien deserves his contract to be renewed/extended. Would keep him and move Calpadi on in the Summer
— @BraddersSimon 07 January 2013
11:09am
Hi Mark. Not heard anything about a total relay but my understanding is some fairly major work will be done. Shouldn't be like this again.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
11:09am
@OxfordMailOUFC Any news on pitch being relaid in Summer. Will it be a hybrid pitch like Swansea?
— @mjgelder 07 January 2013
11:05am
Can we all start talking about the play-offs again as a possibility for #oufc? Results on Sat were good - 5pts off 7th now with game in hand
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC league, every time. no real money in the JPT. distraction.
— @OUFCAddict 07 January 2013
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC I've been critical of Raynes but in the 3 games before Dubes rtn he was outstanding.I'd pick him Tues & Sat if he plays well
— @Big_badWolfe 07 January 2013
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC playing 4-4-2 and sticking with the same starting 11 as much as possible. Players getting a run of games helps their form.
— @06Russ 07 January 2013
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC it's all about Saturday. But a good win tomorrow will help with confidence erc
— @bo_stu 07 January 2013
11:00am
@OxfordMailOUFC will be good to see montrose on sat too. leven and hessa need backup
— @OUFCAddict 07 January 2013
11:00am
After bringing 3 players in on Friday nothing is imminent in terms of #oufc ins/outs. Wouldn't rule out further changes this month though.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:59am
@OxfordMailOUFC any news on players in or out during window?
— @KenMamos 07 January 2013
10:59am
Or, should #oufc put everything into tomorrow? If you could only win one out of the JPT tie or Bradford away in L2 on Sat which would it be?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:57am
@OxfordMailOUFC wilder always and always will have my support. tries to play football and develop the club. come through tough patch
— @OUFCAddict 07 January 2013
10:56am
Hi Ryan. Think Raynes has a chance of playing tomorrow night, 3 x 90 mins in 8 days may be pushing it for Dubes, esp with a big game on Sat.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:54am
@OxfordMailOUFC he's done well. But still think Raynes should have a run out, he's just started to hit form #oufc
— @RyanDaviess15 07 January 2013
10:53am
Aside from the FA Cup defeat, #oufc are in decent form. What do you put that down to and how much credit does Chris Wilder deserve?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:48am
Duberry worth a mention. He's been a little rusty on his return, but considering the injury the big man's done well, hasn't he? #oufc
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:45am
@OxfordMailOUFC it suits and brings out the best in him. was class on sat. should always be played with a dominant partner
— @OUFCAddict 07 January 2013
10:45am
Think Wright has been consistently good this season, but possibly we'll see him go up another gear now Dubes is back. What do we think?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:44am
Maybe it's no coincidence Wright has been voted man of the match by #oufc fans on our website for both games since Dubes has played then?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:42am
@OxfordMailOUFC jake plays great when he has a CB dominant in the air beside him like dubes or worley. hes not great in the air
— @OUFCAddict 07 January 2013
10:42am
Morning Daniel. It was the same as the Chelt game (generally bobbly with one bad patch by the tunnel). But there was rugby on it yesterday.
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:40am
@OxfordMailOUFC what is the state of the pitch? I couldn't make the fa cup match :(
— @The_Other_One1 07 January 2013
10:38am
Also, just how well is Jake Wright playing at the moment? And is it OK to get excited about the JPT now #oufc are two rounds from Wembley?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:38am
Some obvious places to start would be: What did you make of Saturday's game? How will the new signings (Richards/Montrose/Parker) get on?
— @OxfordMailOUFC 07 January 2013
10:33am

Good morning and welcome to our 60-minute chat about all things Oxford United.
Since we were last on the U's have taken nine points out of nine in League Two over the festive period, but saw their long unbeaten run ended on Saturday by a 3-0 defeat to Sheffield United in the FA Cup.
As always there's plenty to talk about, but you are the ones who decide the direction of the discussion.
