SNOOKER: ANDY Benwell produced the top break to help bottom team Green Road A draw 3-3 at home to second-placed Q Zone A in the Premier Division of the Gentworks Oxford & District League.
Benwell had a run of 34 when winning the second frame 62-2 against Altaf, who had taken the first 73-21.

BILLIARDS: BOB Chivers recorded the highest break of the season in the Gentworks Oxford & District League as Division 1 leaders Fieldside won 2-1 away to Headington Conservative A.
Chivers, playing off a -50 handicap, hit 59 in his 200-169 victory over Bob Hayward (+90). He earlier had breaks of 31, 34, and 34.
Paul Robinson, with five breaks over 20, secured Fieldside’s other victory.
