VIKINGS kept their unbeaten Premier Section run intact in the Johnsons Buildbase Oxford & District League after beating rivals Oracle Club 4-2, writes PETE EWINS.
Robin Godfrey, Ian Moss and Mike Jones reeled off the opening three games, before Mark Trafford replied to make it 3-1.
The pairs were then shared as Vikings took victory.
Vikings are seven points clear of Didcot Conservative Club, who are second after winning 5-1 at home to Democrats Club.
Section 2 leaders Marlborough Club won 4-2 at Headington Conservative Club, while Masons Arms B moved into second with a 5-1 victory at home to Gladiators Club B.
After conceding the first leg, the hosts replied through singles victories for Grant Johnson, Mark Johnson and Reg Johnson, before taking both pairs matches.
