VICTORIA Pendleton returns to the racetrack when she rides Royal Etiquette at tonight’s Newbury meeting.
The former Olympic cycling champion, who lives in the village of Moreton, near Thame, won on the Lawney Hill-trained gelding when she made her debut at Newmarket in the Countryside Alliance Charity Race last month.
However, for tonight’s Visit Newbury Amateur Riders’ Handicap, the duo are the outsiders in an eight-strong field.
