OXFORD City Stars earned a hard-fought 2-2 draw away to high-flying Invicta Dynamos in the English National League on Sunday.
The draw keeps them fifth in the South Division 1 table ahead of Sunday’s clash with Solent Devils at Oxpens.
Andy Henderson fired Dynamos in front on six minutes, but Stars turned the match with two goals in 40 seconds in the second period.
First Darren Elliot levelled it up for Stars, and then moments later Czech forward Ondrej Pekarik netted from Nick Oliver’s assist.
The lead lasted until the 45th minute, when Ondrej Zosiak grabbed an equaliser.
