DEJAN Tetek scored twice as Oxfordshire beat Hampshire 4-3 to win the Under 14 South West Counties League.
The visitors only needed a draw to lift the Reed Trophy, but Oxon’s win gave them a third win in the last five seasons.
Tetek’s double saw the hosts come from behind and Taylor Bedwell made it 3-1 before the break.
Hampshire reduced the arrears a minute after the restart, but Oxon’s excellent football saw them restore the two-goal lead when Jacob Roberts converted a cross from Latrell Humphrey-Ewers.
It proved vital, as the away side pulled another goal back to set up a tense finish.
Oxfordshire's squad: Back row (from left): Andy Ransome (manager), Charlie Twiss, Taylor Bedwell, Jacob Askew, Matthew Davies, Connor Jones, Tyler Webb, Latrell Humphrey-Ewers, Fabian Crane, Tyan Hawkins, Des Williams (assistant).
