Joao Almeida was sent off with the score at 3-1 before teammates Eusebio and Daniel Maximiano were also shown red cards.
Lusitanos’s goals came from Daniel Maximiano, Lourenco Barbosa and Marcelo Guilherme.
East Oxford won 4-0 at home to Thame United Churches to stay top.
