NORTH Leigh inflicted more misery on struggling Wantage Town last night.
The Millers ran out 4-0 winners of their Division 1 South & West clash to leave the hosts firmly entrenched in the relegation zone.
John Brough’s side took the lead on 29 minutes when Bradley Gray scored from a Michael Hopkins corner.
However, they had to wait until 14 minutes after half-time to double their lead.
North Leigh broke well after Wantage lost the ball, and although the hosts thought Jordan Lynn was offside, his goal was allowed to stand.
They made the game safe on 73 minutes when Lance Williams fired home from the penalty spot.
And an injury time strike from George Seacole, played in by Jamie Cook, sealed an emphatic success.
Anaclet Odhiambo’s first-half strike gave Kidlington a 1-0 victory in their clash at Arlesey Town in the Division 1 Central.
But Banbury United slipped to a 1-0 defeat against Basingstoke in the Premier Division.
Nana Owusu hit the game’s winning goal in the 51st minute.
