Kidlington are boosted by the return of midfielder Lewis Brownhill ahead of their delayed FA Vase fourth round tie at home to Knaphill tomorrow.

Brownhill, a serving soldier, is back from his overseas deployment and comes straight back into the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division club’s squad.

However, Jack Quainton will miss the match against their Combined Counties League Premier Division opponents because he is on holiday.

Also absent are Lewis Coyle and Ben Willoughby due to suspensions.

Mark Flanagan is still recovering from a foot injury.

Last Saturday’s original tie was called off as the Yarnton Road pitch was flooded, but the weather forecast is better tomorrow, Kidlington boss Martin Wilkinson will be hoping his side book their place in the last 16 for the first time since 1977.

There they will be away to Cleethorpes Town, from the Toolstation Northern Counties East League, on Saturday January 30.

Knaphill, based near Woking in Surrey, are expected to bring plenty of support with them.
