CHOLSEY United will play off against Yellow Eagles at Abingdon United on Sunday (6.30pm) for the Division 2 title in the Critchleys UTV League, writes Tim Siret.
The teams finished level on points, and although Cholsey finished the season with a better goal difference, rules state titles must be decided on points, so a play-off is needed to determine the winners.
In their final match, played in midweek, Cholsey defeated Saxton Pirates 6-1.
Andy Allum netted a treble, Alex Fletcher grabbed a brace and the other goal came from Alejandro Rodriguez.
Yellow Eagles forced a play-off with a 2-1 win at Didcot Casuals thanks to goals from Lloyd Little and Alex Dawson.Jamie Clarke netted for Casuals.
AFC Crowmarsh romped to the Division 3B title with an 8-0 rout of The Tree thanks to doubles from Adam Phillips, Joe Sutton and Tim Holtom, while Mark Holtom and John Fanstone completed the win.
