Chris Shahab hit a hat-trick for Sutton Revolution in a 3-2 home victory over Standlake Gar-age in the battle of Critchleys Upper Thames Valley League Division 1’s winless teams, writes TIM SIRET.

Shahab’s treble included a dramatic late winner, after Revolution squandered a first-half penalty when Jason Fisher blasted his spot-kick over the bar.

However, Sutton still led 2-0, before Tim Senior’s brace made it all square.

But Shahab had the final say following a fine passing move involving Fisher, Neil Morris and Jack Matthews.

Matty Leach was another hat-trick hero as Cholsey United dominated the Division 2 game at Research Machines to win 6-1.

Alex Fletcher scored twice with Lee Dixon also netting for Cholsey, with Andy Warmington replying.

Chris Stringer fired a treble in Sutton Wanderers’ 7-0 win at Red Lion Islip.

His brother, Phil, also scored for Wanderers, with Luke French grabbing a double and Richie Davies nabbing his first goal in two seasons.

Iffley Harriers triumphed 5-2 at Abba Athletic in Division 3A.

Jebran Hussain and Leon Carter both scored twice for Iffley, with Jack Barrett completing their tally.

Chatsworth Buccaneers will have a good Christmas after picking up their first point of the season in a 1-1 draw at in-form Forest Hill.

After Chatsworth’s Simon Matthews shot wide from a penalty, Derek Davies volleyed them in front from the edge of the box.

Josh Gonzales equalised for Forest Hill early in the second half.

Berinsfield Rebels dominated their Division 3B match at home to resolute Milton Midgets, but two late goals sent them reeling to a 2-0 defeat.

After a goalless first half, Rebels broke through in the 80th minute, with a deflected free-kick from Lewis Judd.

That lead was doubled three minutes later as Jon Welch set up Luke Moss to fire home and seal the victory.

Carly Bloomfield took his goal tally to ten in three games with a hat-trick as Premier Division side Rover Cowley thrashed a weakened Rutherford Lab 12-2 in one of only two Devenney Cup third-round ties to beat the frost.

Jamie DeBanks also hit a treble for the hosts, Aaron Andrews and keeper Craig Evans, who came out of goal late on, netted doubles and Ryan Macer and Luke Bremner completed the rout.

John Hawkins and John Watts hit back for the Division 2 side.

The other tie saw OUP Wanderers, from Division 1, ease past their Division 2 side King & Queen Wheatley 6-2.

Luke Murphy grabbed a hat-trick, with Tom Payne smashing a double and Tom Williams also scoring for OUP.

Simon Evans and Jordan Reid netted for Wheatley.
