Barton United show no signs of letting up in their bid for a first Autotype UTV League Premier title with a whopping 12-4 victory over AFC Woodfarm.

Julian McCalmon and former Oxford United winger Joey Beauchamp both notched four-timers, one of Beauchamp’s goals coming via a rare diving header.

Lewis Coyle fired a double, while Chris Perkins and Liam O’Callaghan were also on the mark.

Lance Williams (2), Paul Alder and Mason Horwood netted for the home side.

The last time Rover Cowley and Oxford Yellows met, Rover ran out 5-0 winners, but their latest encounter was a closer affair – a 4-4 draw.

Craig Bloomfield fired Rover ahead, but Yellows took a 2-1 advantage through Rocky Whiting and Mark Scanes.

Craig Hambridge levelled affairs with a penalty, only for Yellows to go 4-2 clear thanks to Scanes and Nick Thorne.

Rover pressure was rewarded when Carly Bloomfield volleyed home, and a memorable point was secured when Hambridge smashed home the equaliser from 30 yards.

A hat-trick from David Murphy ensured three points and third spot in the table for Dorchester United in a 4-2 win at AFC Cowley.

Colin Royall was the other Dorchester scorer, Cowley replying with strikes from Wayne Bessa-Grant and Dan Bruno.

Kennington United completed the double over Division 1 rivals Kidlington Royals with an 8-2 home triumph to go seven points clear at the top.

Pablo Haysham smashed a treble, John Mills scored twice, with Callum McMahon, Rob Andrews and a Ryan Johnson 20-yarder completing the rout.

Mason Arms made up for last week’s disappointing result with an 8-2 win at Chalgrove.

Otis Woodward hit four, Jamie McCauly grabbed a brace, with Ben Strong and Mark Johnson also on target.

Donnington recorded a second 7-0 hammering Wallingford Keys as Lee Spencer and Aaron Barrett both hit hat- tricks. Byron Josey was also on the mark for the Oxford side.

Unbeaten AFC Jericho closed the gap at the top of Division 2 to four points after they beat Mansfield Road for the second time.

Akeem Williams, Reece Ward and Jack Hayhurst did the damage in a 3-0 home win.

Oxford FC and Didcot Casuals shared the points in a 3-3 draw. Lamin Sow, Shan Dinn and Sonny Dikokobele scored for Oxford.

Division 3A leaders Yellow Eagles put last week’s defeat firmly behind them as they saw off Zubry Oxford 8-2.

The tightest defence in the league belongs to Cholsey United, who kept another clean sheet in an 8-0 win over Chatsworth Buccaneers.
