Matt Tarry cancelled out Joe Turner's opener for Henry Box and then saw his penalty saved.

And to make matters worse, after Lee Douglas restored Henry Box's lead, Tarry received his marching orders.

Abingdon Exiles kept up their title bid with a 6-3 win at UYS United, with Steve Cox and Danny Shurmer hitting doubles.

Steve Hook and Mike Weir got the others, with Andy Sheland, Lee Washington and Steve Rose replying.

Robin Hood thrashed Stocks 7-0, with goals from Dan Smith (2), Chris Thomas (2), Dean Mays, Tim Dalby and Kieran Davis.

OARFDC beat Clanfield 85 4-0, with keeper Omar Omar scoring a penalty. Sekou Bangoura, Ibrahim Mara and Boubacar Drame got the others.

In Division 1, champions Abingdon Casuals beat Saxton Rovers 2-1, with goals from Jefferson Harriott and Chris Hooper.

The fight for runners-up spot threatens to go to the wire after AFC Oxford and Childrey OHB battled out a 2-2 draw.

Jerome McCalmon twice put Oxford ahead.

Ashley Wheeler made it 1-1 from 30 yards, before an Ollie O'Hanlon penalty beat Oxford's stand in keeper Dean Forbes to clinch a point.

Johnny Pearce hit a hat-trick, including a penalty, as Wheatsheaf Didcot hammered Research Machines 6-1 in Division 2 to stay on course for second spot.

Darren Fuller, Jake Chaffey and John Willis also netted for Wheatsheaf. RMs reply came from Stu Coppock.

Goodlake Arms warmed up for the Ridgeway Cup final with a 7-0 thrashing of Dolphin, Steve Madge cracking a hat-trick.

A solitary Kieran Russell strike was enough for Sandman Res to beat Bell Grove 1-0. In midweek JP's put a dent inupersonic'ss title hopes with a 3-1 win, Craig O'Connor, Kev Giddings and George Brewerton netting. Dave Beavon replied.

A Lewis Monaghan double gave Didcot Casuals the points in a 2-0 home victory over Rebels. Sandman Res beat Bell Grove, 5-3 thanks to a Steve King double and strikes from Chris Rowles, Adam Morris and Ash Alsworth.LUKE Hammond and Simon Pritchard scored as Didcot Casuals beat The Leys 2-1 in Group A of the Alan Alder Memorial Shield on Sunday.
