OXFORD secured the runners-up spot in the Oxfordshire Indoor Women’s Competition with a one-wicket win over Freeland at St Gregory the Great School, Oxford.
With Banbury having already clinched the title, Oxford bowled Freeland out for 64, with Rhiannon Brown taking 3-17.
She then kept her nerve with the bat to see Oxford over the line with two balls to spare.
