OXFORD City’s athletes received messages of support from local Olympians at their awards night.
Middle-distance runner Hannah England was joined by up-and-coming heptathlon star Jade O’Dowda to present the trophies.
Triple jumper Nathan Douglas, who is in Australia preparing for next month’s Commonwealth Games, sent a video message to the club’s aspiring competitors, while race walker Gemma Bridge sent her best wishes while en route to the Gold Coast.
O’Dowda and Bridge were among the winners, claiming the combined track athlete award, with the former also scooping the field prize.
Martha Lloyd collected the cross country and road accolades.
In the senior men’s awards, Tim Stephens won the track and field honours, with Simon Fisher and Tegid Jones picking up the cross country and road prizes respectively.

BEN West was a runaway winner of the top honour at Bicester’s awards night.
West, who finished in the top ten in three national championships won the club’s award as best junior male cross-country performer.
The equivalent girls award went to Amelia Cox.
Other cross county performance awards went to Lucy McGrath (most improved) and Owen Stocker (best under 11).
OXFORD City's Isabella Haines-Gray took silver in the Year 6 event of the Primary Schools' XC Championships at Prestwold Hall, Loughborough.
