Horspath 2nd are only two points off the pace in Cherwell League Division 4 after winning at Leighton Buzzard Town 2nd.
Gareth Benger (60) helped Town reach 203 all out, while Andy Cummings took 4-24.
Adrian Manger then hit 78 and Stephen Green 40 as Horspath squeezed out 207-7 despite Benger’s 4-59.

Cublington cruised to victory at Wallingford to maintain their narrow lead.
The hosts struggled to 143, with Ben Denton (40) the only batsman in the runs.
Cublington reached 145-6 with almost seven overs in hand.

Great & Little Tew 2nd’s promotion push was dented by a defiant rearguard from basement boys Cumnor 2nd.
Tew declared after 50 overs on 251-7 thanks to Robbie Catling (55), Ben Millard (44) and Marcus Jeacock (42).
Kevin Taylor then took 5-45 but Steve Pritchard (44no) helped the hosts hold on at 171-8.

Kasim Nawaz (4-24) helped Oxford 3rd to victory at struggling Hanborough.
The visitors looked in trouble when Matthew Busby took 5-14 to bowl them out for 143.
But Arran Hobley (35) was the only home batsman to prosper in Hanborough’s 105.

Stokenchurch must have fancied their chances when they made 200-9 through Stefan Read (43), despite Matthew Thatcher’s 5-43.
Then Buckingham 2nd’s Andy Thatcher (78no) and Callum Cater (69no) turned the match on its head by taking Town to 201-3 in 32.4 overs.
