A host of former Test stars will play in a charity match at Oxford’s Magdalen College School on Sunday, July 8.
Colin Croft, Darren Gough, Gordon Greenridge, Devon Malcolm and Courtney Walsh have all been named in a Lashings World XI squad, captained by MCS cricket professional Phillip DeFreitas.
The day, which will raise funds for Helen and Douglas House, will feature two Twenty20 matches, plus entertainment from Henry Blofeld and Henry Olonga.
Lashings will take on the school’s first XI and a John Crawley team – selected from Oxfordshire club players.
Tickets are £5 for adults and £3 for children. Contact lashings@mcsoxford.org or telephone 01865 242191.
