HORSPATH 2nd already look strong favourites to win the division after they hammered Great & Little Tew 2nd by a massive 132 runs.

Joey Todd (55), Stephen Green (41) and Adrian Manger (35no) all found the visitors’ bowling attack to their liking as Horspath amassed 242-6 on their fast-scoring ground.

Jordan Garrett plugged away impressively to finish with figures of 5-92.

Stuart Berry (4-12) and Andy Cummings (3-17) then combined to great effect as Tew tumbled to 110 all out in the 31st over.

Hanborough came unstuck at home to Buckingham Town 2nd as they crashed to a 73-run defeat.

Callum Cater hit 40 in Town’s 189-9, while Adam Leach took 4-34 and Grant Conquest 3-39.

The home side never looked like pulling off the run chase against Matt Thatcher (4-23) and Ollie Burney (3-25), and they were all out for 116 in the 40th over.

Stokenchurch barely broke sweat as they swept aside Cumnor 2nd by nine wickets.

The visitors scored at a respectable rate, thanks in part to Mick Shepheard (34), but kept losing wickets as they fell to 112 all out in 34 overs.

Asad Latif (3-15) was the leading wicket-taker.

Stokenchurch opener Arshad Latif, who never hangs around, then crashed 49 and Joe Brown 56 not out as the hosts wasted no time in reaching 117-1 in the 18th.

Jono Waugh took 6-18 and Greg Jenkins 3-1 as Leighton Buzzard Town 2nd were rolled over for only 46 at Cublington.

The home side found batting rather easier, cruising to 47-1 in the 17th over.
