Crowmarsh stayed in pole position after beating Saxton Rovers in their NOrth Berks League Premier Division top-of-the-table clash.

Goals from Will Clements and Liam Currell sealed a 2-0 victory.

Faringdon are still level on points with Crowmarsh after beating title rivals Wootton & Dry Sandford 4-0 with second-half goals from Matt Pill (2), Lewis Bouwers and Gary Sutton.

Didcot Casuals are a point behind following a 5-1 win over Harwell Village, with goals from Richard Knight (2), Laurence Hoey, Lee Fuller and Jake Chaffey. Gareth Fenton replied.

Ten-man Drayton went down 3-2 at home to Benson AFC, losing to a last-minute strike from Pete Ashman.

Chris Roberts and Rob Lyons gave Benson a 2-0 lead, only for Matt Lyford and Luke Wheatley to level.

Harwell International and Chil-drey United drew 2-2, with Steve Molloy and an own goal registering for Harwell, while Dan Cannings and Dan Crawford netted for the visitors Lewis Monaghan struck twice as East Hendred won 4-1 at AFC Wallingford. Richard Wells and Sam Powell also scored with Cezar Grosu scoring for Wallingford.

The top two sides also met in Division 1, where goals from David Murphy, Chris Murphy, Mark Ingram and Brian Rawlings saw leaders Berinsfield beat Steventon 4-0.

Ardington & Lockinge thumped Sutton Courtenay 8-2, with goals from Jonny Eudell (3), Jamie Clark (2) and Chris Hunt, Ben Sutton and Andy Pickering. Stuart Waknell and Sam Childs were the Sutton scorers.

Shane Northcott, Dan Barnes, Matty Banks and Russ Comley were on target for Marcham in their 4-1 win against Benson AFC Res for whom James Passey replied.

Division 3 leaders Dorchester stayed nine points clear with a 4-0 win at Faringdon Town Res with Jack Shipman, Rob Hudson, Dan Brind and Joe Dixon all on the scoresheet.

Bottom club Long Wittenham Res pulled off a shock 2-0 win at Division 4 East leaders Steventon Res, thanks to Sam Watson’s brace.

Division 4 West leaders Marcham Res beat their Division 4 East counterparts Harwell International Res 2-0 in the Nairne Paul Trophy quarter-finals, with Mike Allen-Bloomfield and Wes Coster on target.
