Vikings A chalked up their fourth successive big victory to stay clear at the top of Division 1 in the Oxford & District League.

Eddie Herrity put up tremendous resistance for Forum, beating Alan Cherry and inflicting on Pavel Jaskolski his first defeat of the season, but Jingyu Sun just kept on winning for Vikings and he now has 12 victories out of 12.

British Rail defeated Vikings B 9-1.

Roel Dullens beat Andy McColgan to prevent the whitewash, but maximums for Greg Donovan and James Lovelock sealed it for BR.

In Division 2, Vikings D continue to dominate, beating club-mates Vikings C 8-2.

An upset seemed possible in the early stages as Simon Cox ended the 100 per cent record of Markus Wagner and Geraint Lloyd beat Julian Lawton Smith to put the C team 2-1 up, but then it was one-way traffic, led by Bill Mason's maximum.

Bicester C demolished Vik-ings F 9-1 in Division 3.

Jack Shardlow and Joe Marrs did most of the damage. Tom Marrs ensured maximum points, losing only to Huw Morgan.
