Kidlington made it five wins out of five to top women's Trysports 3-Counties League Division 2 after a 4-0 win at Bracknell 2nd.

Laura Pidduck and Jo O’Donavon both notched doubles for Kidlington, who have yet to concede a goal this season.

Oxford Hawks had an overnight stop for their Conference East trip to Harleston Magpies in Diss, Norfolk, but it failed to do the trick as they went down 2-0.

The home side’s pressure was rewarded by a goal before the break.

Hawks came out fired up for the second half, but another breakaway goal by the Magpies ended their hopes.

Takara Haines was Hawks’ best player.

Hawks proved too good for Cambridge in the HA Cup on Sunday, running out 4-0 winners, with all the goals coming in the first half.

Jo Hutton put them ahead on her debut, and Becky Odlin added a second.

Abi Flory beat two defenders for No 3, and Takara Haines made it four. Oxford met their match at home to South Clubs League Division 2 leaders Teddington, going down 4-1.

Caro Harris and Becky Hibbert caught the eye in a close first half which saw Teddington open the scoring with deflected goal.

After the break, they stamped their authority on the game by going 4-0 up before Oxford battled back to reduce the arrears via Hayley Sawyer.
