Gabriella Merola, from Abingdon GC, ended last weekend tired, but happy after two successful ‘overseas’ trampolining trips.
On Saturday, the 12-year-old won a gold, silver and bronze medal at the Fort Regent Gymnastic Competi-tion in Jersey, when representing her club.
Then after a quick flight home, the King Alfred's, Wantage, pupil travelled on Sunday to the Isle of Wight.
There, bouncing for Hei-ghts Trampolining Club, Abingdon, she managed to grade to National League D level against some high-level competition.
Meanwhile Abingdon’s party of 18, aged from eight to 18, returned from Jersey with an abundance of medals.
