Fly half Mike Virgo converted, while Witney full back Henry Lamb replied with a penalty on 28 minutes.
Virgo slotted a penalty before half-time and repeated the trick after 45 minutes.
Witney wing James Monks found centre Carl Strutt after a strong break, but Strutt knocked on.
Henry Lamb missed a penalty before scrum half Elliott Brown scored a late try for Maidenhead.
