GREAT & Little Tew 2nd took a big stride towards promotion, beating Shipton-under-Wychwood 2nd by five wickets.
Shipton chose to bat and managed 158-6 through Liam Hare (62) and Shaun Cross (30no).
Kevin Taylor took 3-43 and Ian Bryan 3-46 for Tew, whose 160-5 was led by Markus Jeacock’s 39.

Harold Porter scored 100 in Oxford 3rd’s 225-7, but they could not edge out Buckingham Town 2nd.
Town’s 240-8 saw Matt Thatcher hit 60, Graham Judd 51 and Alex O’Dell 48, Adam Leach taking 5-50.

Andy Benning’s 96 could not take Wallingford to victory at Cumnor 2nd.
His side held on for a draw on 152-9, chasing the hosts’ 167 all out, in which Warren Ainsworth took 5-27 and Trevor Spindler 3-40.
Cumnor’s Adam Jones top-scored with 39 and then claimed 3-17.

Wallingford slip to the bottom as resurgent Leighton Buzzard Town 2nd defeated Kimble, whose 196 saw Phil Semmens hit 58 and Jonathan Stackhouse 53, Andy Hipwell taking 4-73.
Chris Hipwell then led the way with 89 in Town’s 197-3.

Arshad Latif hit 64 and took 3-28, but Stokenchurch lost at Chearsley by three wickets.
The visitors made 138-7 as Neil Davies (4-42) and Ben Lazaruk (3-41) shone, but Jon-Joseph Hubert (30no) saw Chearsley to 139-7.
