Asif Shah was the star as Garsington beat holders Westbury by 20 runs to reach the final of the OCA's Airey Cup.
Half-centuries from Qaiser Naveed (720 and Shah (63) helped Garsington to 219-9, despite Andy Clarke’s spell of 5-48.
Shah then took 3-41 as Westbury replied with 199-8, Michael Loggin top-scoring with 38.
In the final at Kidlington on Monday August 29, Garsington will meet last year’s beaten finalists Shrivenham.
Ernie Howe returned the remarkable figures of 4-5 off ten overs as Shrivenham bowled out Great Horwood for 121.
Mark Whale hit 61 not out as Shrivenham replied with 124-2 for an eight wicket win.
