David Smith took 7-120 to send Oxfordshire Development XI to a ten-run defeat in their two-day game against Free Foresters at Radley College.

Playing for the nomadic side, the Oxfordshire all-rounder picked up 5-87 in his first spell of 30 overs, before returning to claim two more victims and seal the Development XI’s fate.

Last man Faisal Khalid kept up the chase before he became Smith’s seventh victim with seven overs still to play.
