OXFORD University batsman Neil Kruger has been called into the Netherlands squad to play five matches against Scotland.
The 29-year-old postgraduate medical student was born in South Africa, but qualifies via his Dutch mother.
Kruger’s first action could come in the ICC Intercontinental Cup where Netherlands take on Scotland in Aberdeen in a four-day match from June 21-24.
He has also been selected for one-day internationals on June 28 and 29 and two Twenty20 clashes on June 30 at the same venue.
Also named in the one-day and Twenty20 squads Ryan ten Doeschate.
NATHAN Brooks smashed 153 as Tiddington beat Burnham by 81 runs in the Maidenhead Advertiser Sunday League.
Brooks’s big ton helped Tiddington to 298 all out in their 40 overs.
Matt Maule’s 3-33 then helped restrict Burnham to 217-9.
