WOODSTOCK Harrier Steve Naylor finished a creditable 22nd in the BUPA London 10,000.
Naylor clocked 30mins 44secs for the 10K race run over a twisting course in hot and windy conditions.
The race was won by defending champion Mo Farah in 29.15 – 90 seconds behind his personal best, which indicates the slower than expected times.
Naylor said: “ I was delighted with the result in my first big road race.”
