Horspath fought a rearguard action to secure a battling draw at home to Gerrards Cross in Division 2 West.
The visitors posted a formidable 289-4 from their 60 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat.
Paul Muchall led the way for the visitors with an excellent unbeaten 133.
Horspath quickly were in trouble at 31-3 with openers Ned Murray, Jimmy Phillips and skipper Robbie Eason falling cheaply.
But the hosts dug in with Australian left-hander Tim Hutchison and Andy Wynd leading the way.
Adam Krol and Mark Skelton then led them to safety at 226-7 off 62 overs.
Earlier in the day, Muchall, the brother of Durham batsman Gordon Muchall, survived a chance to Wynd behind the stumps to share an opening stand of 124 with Hamza Taj (64).
Jonny Hughes, who plundered 168 off Aston Rowant’s attack last week, chipped in with 31 before being run out.
Left-arm spinner Krol was the pick of the Horspath bowlers, finishing with 2-73 off 20 overs.
