Witney suffered a sixth straight defeat in South West 1 East, going down 25-17 to High Wycombe.
Scrum half Gareth Campbell scored a solo try, converted by fly half Henry Lamb, but Wycombe led 22-7 after 30 minutes.
Henry Lamb went off with concussion, but his brother James kicked a penalty on 46 minutes and converted a try from wing James Monks.
Wycombe made the game safe with a penalty.
Banbury Bulls lost 48-17 at Stratford-upon-Avon in Midlands 1 West.
Bulls trailed 26-3 at the end of a half which saw lock Marc Williams sin-binned and fly half Mike Smith’s penalty registering their only points.
Full back Peter Flemming and centre James Heywood crossed after the break, with Smith converting both tries.
