Banbury Ladies stay two points clear at the top of Division 3A of the South Clubs' League after a 2-1 win over fourth-placed Staines.

One down at the break, Banbury hit back with Sadie Lapper levelling a minute after the restart, dribbling along the baseline and lifting over the keeper’s pads.

Melanie Wilkinson then converted a short corner.

Oxford Hawks continued their fine Division 1 form with a 4-2 victory at lowly Woking.

A slick short corner routine was finished by Ali Omell. Woking came back strongly and surprised Hawks by equalising after 15 minutes.

In the second half Hawks dominated, with Sandra Frankland outstanding.

They took the lead with a super goal from Becky Odlin, who then grabbed a second.

Woking hit back, but Kathryn Poulter settled it.

Witney returned to winning ways in Division 3A by beating Hampstead & Westminster 3-0.

Sunny Ricketts scored the first two and Joy Mangazi slotted home the third after rounding the keeper.

City of Oxford lost 3-2 at home to Marlow despite goals from Rachel Lammey and Kelly Scott.

In Division 2, Rover Oxford lost 4-0 at Wycombe, and Oxford University lost 2-1 at home to Henley.
