CENTRE George Cope’s second-half try gave Lord Williams’s (Thame) a 5-3 home win over Richard Huish College (Taunton) in the Daily Mail Under 18 Vase seventh round.
Lord Williams’s had fallen behind after the break to a drop goal.
But, with No 8 Alex Wingfield and flankers Jack Reed and Tom Evans to the fore, they created the pressure for Cope to score.
Lord Williams’s now go into the last eight where they will be away to either Norwich School or Ravens Wood (Bromley).
