Oxford United were trailing 2-1 at half-time in tonight's npower League Two clash with Southend at Roots Hall.
Captain James Constable put United ahead with a 14th-minute strike, but Ryan Hall equalised for the hosts on 43 minutes and Bilel Mohsni struck in stoppage time.
