No 8 Matt Payne drove over from a quick penalty, but a third Gregg place-kick made it 9-5 at the break.
Hawks got sloppy in defence in the second half and were punished as centre Terry Adams and then No 8 Andy Daish ran in tries.
Henley had a lifeline when Christoph Bart fed fellow wing Tommy Haynes, who dived over in the corner.
Centre Tom Allen picked up a loose ball to score a scintillating solo try, converted by fly half James Comben.
Albanians went 24-17 up with a try from prop Andy Laws, but Comben scored and converted Henley’s fourth try to level again.
Comben and Ben Patston both missed penalties to win the match.
