Didcot Tn 1 (Lawrence 42)
Stourbridge 4 (Rowe 9, Broadhurst 24, Canavan 89, Dovey 90)
didcot could have few complaints about another home Premier Division home defeat, even though two of Stourbridge’s goals came at the death.
The visitors took the lead in the ninth minute when Ryan Rowe fired past Steve Smith from the edge of the box.
It got worse for the home side midway through the first half when Leon Broadhurst volleyed home from close range.
Seconds later, only the crossbar and a brilliant finger-tip save from Smith prevented Stourbridge going 3-0 up when Craig Connor’s shot took a deflection.
The Railwaymen were thrown a lifeline when Dave Lawrence fired home just before the break to make it 2-1.
For long spells of the second half Didcot enjoyed plenty of possession, but their only chance was wasted by the Glassboys defended skipper Jamie Heapy.
The visitors always looked a threat on the break in the last 15 minutes And they grabbed two late goals from substitute Drew Canavan and Linden Dovey to make it 4-1.
Didcot Tn: Smith, Heapy, M Williams, Alexis, A Williams, Stanley, Huggins, Dutton-Black, Griffin (Bartley 76), Lawrence, Osborne-Ricketts (Tabor 62).
