Rutherford went top of Oxford & District Division 1 with a resounding 9-1 victory over British Rail.
Although level on points with Forum C, Rutherford (RAL) are top on legs won, after Forum could only beat Bicester A 6-4.
Two wins for Jason Tustain and one for Chris Hawkes earned a point for Bicester at Forum’s expense.
In Division 2, Vikings D take at the top after a 9-1 victory over Bicester B, whose only success was Peter Hargreaves’ 14-12 win over Tony Wheeler in the decider.
Forum D made giant strides up the table with two 6-4 wins. First they beat Begbroke, with Chris Smith getting a maximum.
Then they overcame Gladiators B, Paul Casey getting a treble this time.
In Division 4, Witney B paid the price of playing a two-man team against Forum J, who won 6-4.
At 4-4, Dom Juiwong edged past Jon Allsworth 9-11, 11-7, 11-13, 12-10, 14-12 and then joined forces with Brian Rowles to take the doubles and the match 6-4.
