Oxford Harlequins director of rugby John Brodley is looking forward to fewer selection headaches.
Brodley was delighted with how his near first-choice side played in Saturday’s 35-22 victory over Old Patesians.
And having had to make several changes on a week-by-week basis, he is hoping for some continiuity.
Brodley said: “For our next game, we should be able to select from strength. Certainly, in the backs, we have not been able to do that before.
“I think our squad has been really tested up to now.
“As much as you can cover for one or two players when it is four or five in the backs, it is very difficult.”
And despite beating Old Pats, who started the day second in National 3 South West, Brodley was far from complacent.
“I still feel there are some straight-forward areas we can improve on,” he added.
