Tom Allen scored from the final play to give Henley Hawks a 34-32 victory over Worthing in National 2 South at Dry Leas.
The fly half danced his way through for replacement James Comben to convert.
Worthing centre Matt McLean kicked the first of his 22 points with a second-minute penalty.
Henley replied with Danny Wells converting tries from himself and fellow centre Ali James.
Hawks went for a third try, but Worthing wing Joe Govett bagged an interception score, McLean converting .
Comben exchanged penalties with McLean to put Henley 17-16 up.
Hawks then scored arguably their try of the season as Comben, Christoph Bart, James and Neil Baggett all had hands in a move finished by wing Jack Shaylor.
Henley’s 22-16 half-time lead was wiped out by centre Greg Sullivan’s try, McLean’s conversion and two McLean penalties.
Despite having scrum half James Gaunt sin-binned, Hawks hit back as James notched his second try.
McLean’s sixth penalty looked to have won the game, but Worthing had lock Sam Pitchford yellow-carded before their late heartbreak.
