Oxford City Stars will be hoping to make it four wins in a row when they host Streatham Redskins at Oxpens in Division 1 South on Sunday.

The side, from South London, sit above the Stars in the league table and have played fewer games.

However, Stars have come through a gruelling schedule with flying colours, having won their last three games and are playing with confidence.

James Francis-Barrie re-turns and, with the exception of the unfortunate injured Andrew Shurmer, Stars should be at full strength.

Head coach Ken Forshee was particularly happy with the team’s performance in the first two periods of their 6-3 victory over Milton Keynes Thunder last week.

Forshee has been impressing on them in training the need to keep the intensity up for the whole game.

Redskins feature ex-Stars Dave Carr and have a number of talented players in their squad Placed third, they play well as a team and will provide stern opposition.

The game is likely to be close-fought.
