Letcombe staged a fine second-half fightback to take a point at unbeaten Lydney in Division 1 West.
The home side tore Letcombe apart in the early stages, and were rewarded when Matt Timmings headed them in front.
Ten minutes later, Lydney doubled their lead when Adam Price slotted home.
Letcombe were a different team in the second half.
Pete Horswell reduced the arrears from a Matthew Nathanielsz pass five minutes after the break, and the same player levelled five minutes later when he curled a shot into the corner.
