Anwar Mahmood capped a remarkable first season in the Gentworks Oxford & District League season by lifting the Walt Bradbury Trophy.
The Thame A player did it with a 2-0 victory against Witney A’s Gavin Wright.
Mahmood won the opener 53-44, before easing to a 65-28 victory in the next.
Mahmood reached the final after defeating Riley B Adam Brown 2-0 in the semi-finals.
He knocked in a 51 break to beat Brown 97-16 in the opener, before taking the next 67-44.
Wright booked his place with a tough 2-1 win against Riley G’s Lewis Moss.
He took the first 61-24, but Moss levelled with a 60-34 win.
Wright sealed victory, rattling in a 52 break to complete a 79-2 victory.
Karl Walker beat Lewis Moss 3-2 in the latest round of the Walt Bradbury Cup.
