Simon Clist, Alfie Potter, James Constable and Matt Green got the goals, as Chris Wilder's team produced the perfect response following their surprise home defeat by Tamworth.
Oxford remain a point behind Stevenage, who beat Kettering 2-0. Third-placed York also won so it's as you were at the top of the table.
