Garry Hartley fired a treble for Saxton Rovers who made it seven wins out of seven in Division 1 of the North Berks League with a 6-0 hammering of Crowmarsh Gifford.

Tom Aldworth, Mark Druce and Paul Churchouse were also on target for Saxton who are six points clear at the top.

A hat-trick from Steve Madge, a Tom Cooke double and a Tom Larman strike saw Wootton & Dry Sandford to a 6-1 success against Harwell Village.

Ryan Woods replied for Harwell.

In Division 2, an Alex Lynch double earned Grove Ran-gers a 2-0 victory against leaders Long Wittenham Athletic.

East Hendred ran out 3-2 winners over Saxton Rovers Res, with a brace from Michael Farrelly and a goal from Craig Tizzard.

Derek Palfrey and Paul Matthews netted for Saxton.

Alex Smallshaw scored a treble for Benson Lions who beat Division 3 leaders Kintbury Rangers Res 4-3.

Dave Arscott also netted for Lions while Joe Lawrence, Andy Jones and Charlie Allsop replied for Kintbury.

Drayton ended Hanney United’s 100 per cent record with a 2-0 win to move up to second, withgoals from Kevin Kogel and Gareth Small.

Pete Ashman hit a hat-trick as Benson AFC Res won 5-1 at Harwell Village Res.

Zach Gallagher and Kris Ray were their other marksmen.

Faringdon Town Res climbed up to fourth with a 3-1 win at Sutton Courtenay, with Tom Wells, Rich Evans and Matt Hickson on target, Jesse Mortimer replied.

Matt Curtis hit a hat-trick and Nick Wojcik a brace as Faringdon Town cruised past East Hendred Res 6-1.

In Division 5, Stanford in the Vale Res are second after winning 7-4 at Coleshill United Res, thanks to goals from Ben Hummel (2), Cameron Rankine and Kurt Hart.

Jamie Gregory and Kullum White netted twice for Stanford, with Martin Bungay, Richard Eltham and Dean Grimes completing their tally.
