Witney United boss Andy Lyne has hailed the capture of Anaclet Odhiambo.

Signed from Southern League Abingdon United, Odhiambo scored twice on his debut in the 4-0 midweek win against Malmesbury Victoria.

“We are very happy to have Ani on board,” said Lyne, whose side host Bicester Town on Friday night. “He is lively, quick and has a good goalscoring record at this level and above.”

Jack Smith and Ben Thompson are expected to return , but Vinny Byfield is unavailable.
