Oxford City’s Melissa Hawtin ran out a clear-cut winner of the junior/under 17 women’s race at the Birmingham Cross Challenge at Senneleys Park, Birmingham.
She took victory in a time of 13mins 49secs from Stroud & District’s Amber Watson, who recorded 14.15, Lauren Hawtin finished third in the under 15 girls’ race in 12.03, and Beth Hawtin wwas second in the under 13 girls’ race.
Harry Robertson finished 12th in the under 17 men’s event.
